The breakfast was great, featured a wide array of meals. There were multi-channel TV, a coffeemaker, and ironing facilities in the room, truly enjoyed that. The location was brilliant, within walking distance of a grand old Victorian pier.

This property was clean and quirky. The room was huge and tidy and the view of the sea was brilliant. The breakfast was scrumptious and sensational and had lots of options. The location of the hotel was amazing, over the sea. Btw, it was at a short distance from Beatrix Potter Gallery. Everything met expectations, I would stay here again.
